Terms of Engagement
Please note that nutrition advice given is not medical advice. You should always let your doctor know if you have any medical problems.

Privacy Policy:
Please state that you understand the Privacy Policy which is available to view on the website. I (Pippa Campbell) do not pass on information outside of my organisation (Pippa Campbell Health Ltd). My organisation consists of myself, Kate Leigh-Wood, Lu Mieville, Jo Galwey and Dr Klaudia Raczko and information is shared between ourselves and the Client.

Email Policy:
This email policy is designed to create a very clear understanding of the structure & professional fee time involved in responding to emails between you the Client and Pippa Campbell Health Ltd. We both then have clear and established expectations, and this confirms my responsibility to you.

Pippa Campbell Health Ltd wants to support all Clients in the very best and most appropriate way. However, this is only possible in a structured manner and in the recognition that all professional time* incurs a professional fee. Without this, Pippa Campbell Health Ltd's ability to practice would cease. (*Excluded from fee time is the seeking of clarity of recommendations made in a consultation.)

The role of Pippa Campbell Health Ltd is to give you direction and recommendations in order to achieve your health goals, ideally in the swiftest, most direct manner. If you seek additional education than that which is given in a consultation, then this is a secondary function that can be fulfilled, and it incurs additional professional fee time.

Some questions may be best addressed in a consultation, be it on the Zoom call or face to face, and this will be communicated to you by your Practitioner and this time will not be charged for.

Pippa Campbell Health Ltd cannot respond to individual emails in between consultations that are asking for nutrition advice or supplements. It is too difficult to make a proper analysis by email so please do save questions for your next consultation. The exception is for clients on the 3 Month Metabolic Programme who have email support for the three months.

Cancellation Policy:

T & C's

Please note your consultation is non-refundable. If you are unable to attend your consultation then you have the option to reschedule it. Rescheduling an appointment must be made within 5 days/120 hours.
We have a 15 minute grace period for all consultations or booking is lost. Your Practitioner will wait for you for 15 minutes only and reserve the right to null and void the appointment. Please do email us if you have any problems at the time of your appointment.

£75 Credit
£75 credit from a discovery call cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer


The client understands and agrees to the following:
- You are responsible for contacting your GP about any health concerns before starting on a nutritional plan.
- You should contact your Practitioner if you have any concerns about your nutritional plan.

Tests Information:

All tests (including DNA, Dutch, Thyroid and GI-MAP) purchased through Pippa Campbell Health Ltd must be taken within 6 months of purchase or it will expire. We (Pippa Campbell Health Ltd) reserve the right to null and void the consultation bought as part of the package to go through the results.

Please note: Tests ordered from Nordic Labs (including Dutch/Thyroid/GI-Map tests) - If you (the Client) submit your sample specimen to Nordic Labs without closely following the test shipping instructions (normally related to packaging, sample preparation or timing), your sample may be rejected as not fit for purpose. You can request a replacement test collection via your practitioner with new return shipping documentation subject to a resend fee.

Pricing:
Please note that we have yearly price increases. Fees vary depending on each practitioner. We reserve the right to review prices at any time.

Existing clients -
Pippa can only see existing and ongoing clients who have consultations regularly within 6 months. Please bear this in mind when booking your consultation and choose another Practitioner where needed.

By agreeing to the terms on this page, it confirms your understanding & agreement to this email policy, between you, my Client and Pippa Campbell Health Ltd. This is essential to a successful partnership and enables Pippa Campbell Health Ltd to help you achieve your health goals in the swiftest and safest manner.
